Giresun Genç İş İnsanları Derneği (GİRGENDER), Kuzey Yıldızı Derneği ve İŞKUR iş birliğinde hazırlanan Kadın Mesleki Beceri ve İstihdam Programı kapsamında “Sanayide Kadın İzi” projesine başlandı.
Ortak protokol çerçevesinde yürütülen proje ile Giresun’da kadınların yeni istihdam alanlarına yönlendirilmesi, mesleki becerilerinin geliştirilmesi ve iş sahibi olmalarının desteklenmesi hedefleniyor.
Çalışmalar kapsamında Giresun İŞKUR İl Müdür Yardımcılığına atanan Bahtiyar Hüsem’e hayırlı olsun ziyareti gerçekleştirildi. Ziyarette GİRGENDER Başkanı Uzm. Ecz. Zeliha Ödemiş ve Proje Uzmanı Ali Yılmaz yer aldı.
Kuzey Yıldızı Derneği olarak kadınların çalışma hayatına katılımını destekleyen bu projede ortaklarımızla birlikte çalışıyoruz. Projenin hazırlanmasına ve yürütülmesine katkı sunan kurumlara ve ekibe teşekkür ediyoruz.
Women’s Mark in Industry: Vocational Skills and Employment Programme Launched
The “Women’s Mark in Industry” project has been launched as part of the Women’s Vocational Skills and Employment Programme, developed through cooperation between the Giresun Young Businesspeople Association (GİRGENDER), Kuzey Yıldızı Association and the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR).
Implemented under a joint protocol, the project aims to guide women in Giresun towards new employment opportunities, develop their vocational skills and support their access to jobs.
As part of this work, a courtesy visit was paid to Bahtiyar Hüsem following his appointment as Deputy Provincial Director of İŞKUR in Giresun. GİRGENDER President and specialist pharmacist Zeliha Ödemiş and Project Specialist Ali Yılmaz took part in the visit.
